Information you give us

Contact form. When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, business name, website, business location, industry, current SEO challenge, phone number (optional), message (optional) and whether you want a strategy call or an audit. The form sends these details to our business email inbox. The form does not save a copy in the website’s database.

Emails and calls. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share.

Blog comments. If you comment on a blog post, WordPress stores your name, email address, website (optional), your comment, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. Your email address is not published.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and protect it from abuse.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this website.

How we use your information

We keep enquiries and client correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep business records. Blog comments stay on the website until they are removed.
